What do you think they would say If I stood up and I walked away? Nobody here really understand me and so I'll wave goodbye just leave me be. A little bird once came by my side, said you don't know the way I'm living and I’ll never confide, you don't like me A little bird once told me, And so I'll wave goodbye. "I'm flying away now-I'm fine" I’ll say with a sigh. And I always thought this would be The land of opportunities But I came to find out that it's all just greed, hate and money. I'll be the last in your life, so I'll fade away I said you’re on your own Your always going The wrong way, All my friends patronize me and They say to me in my dreams "Have you found what your looking for?" It seems they don't really know me I'm just me and it appears to be All that they can't see. |
