As I leave you now on this clouded earth,
Do not forget where we have been.

For I will alaways think of you as I saw you on that day of fate,
On our first encounter and brush with chance.

Whence you uttered a few and single words to me,
Which left me breathless within your wake.

The trail of splendor I did that day follow,
Follow to the spring which inside held your soul.

And once that I found this place,
I was a man possessed and no longer would be unfeeling.

For the warmth you did attain through life,
I may one-day revere upon my death.

And if we do not meet again,
Then allow this one last kiss to be our life's breath.

Darling, have not one tear to be shed for me,
For I do owe you this, and I shall be the one to weep.

And I leave you now as I saw you first,
A holy and angelic creature, that day was my hearts one last chance, which upon took, and took new birth.
