What do you do? If she offered to be your friend, Would you never let it end? If she tried to make you mad, Inside, would you feel sad? If you gave her a kiss and she awoke, Would you take it as a joke? If she got so annoying, Would it still be worth it to buy her things? If you spent every second together, Would you ever bthink you would love her? And one day, if she stole your heart away, Would you give it your all to make her feel the same way? If she never showed you any affection, Would you turn yourself into perfection? If she wanted you to change, Would you rearrange? If you didn't have her heart in return, How many of her things would you burn? Then if she ended up in the hospital, How bad would you feel? If you found out it was really bad, Would you even be sad? If she told you she really loved you that same day, Would you wish you would've prayed? For if god could spare her life So she could live and be your wife, Would you accept the offer? Even if he wanted you to worship and only her? If he wanted you to give up your addictions, Would you have any afflictions? Against all that he's put on the table Do you think you would be able To push aside everything else thats going on for her? To never have another attraction to anyone else but her? Would you give up your prized possessions for her? To know he would expect you to love her, protect her, in sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer, for better for worse, "'TIL DEATH DO YOU PART" Does that raise any questions? Give you any tension? If you had to do all of that In order for god to spare her life For the chance to experience her being your wife For the rest of your lives, Would you do it? Would you do it all? ALL FOR HER? |

Oh, God, that was so awesome, that should be a question we should all ask ourselves. I cant say enough how much I loved that poem!!!! |
