The paper is kinda wet
I think I cried all over it
I'm trying to write something
But don't know whether I'm happy or sad
I'm kinda confused
Why am I crying?
Then I remember what you said
I know my life isn't perfect
I'm kinda distraught
My mum screams and yells
My dad storms out the door
But he's there, holding me upright
I'm kinda lonely
So I sit out in the paddock
And blurt out all my problems
To my beautiful chestnut mare
She's kinda cute
Her finely chiseled features
She listens intently, feels my confusion
She nickers into my shoulder
He's kinda wonderful
He holds me so close
Like he's protecting me from the world
He makes me feel so safe
Like nothing could hurt me again
These two creatures in my life
My boy and my horse
More than I could ever ask for
Are the two things that keep me alive

There's a pretty girl on the face of the magazine
What I see is my dirty hands turning the page

aww- i really kinda liked this one. the only suggestion that i have is to connect the two parts about your boy. this one is really beautiful.

It's a little confusing to me.
