what are we? Always talking to each other at night until light of day. You say we are just friends. But its more than just that. We seem like a couple. When you are crying you come to me instead of you boyfriend. People always say we should be more than just friends. But what do you think? Should we be more then what we are? Or stay the way we already are. So what is it. Are we just friends or something more? |

hey...welcome to Passions  As for the poem....I like it....though i agree with Star Fairy, friendships are often longer-lasting and more rewarding than relationships. And as you say, she comes crying to you instead of to her bf...so yah! ------------------ ~What if you slept? What if, in your sleep, you dreamed? And in your dream, you went to heaven and there plucked a strange and beautiful flower? And what if, when you awoke, you had that flower in your hand? Aye, what then?~ |

I know what it's like to want a freindship to go further, that you kow that there is more there, but that you dotn know if they want the same thing. Bravo on the poem..... Yes, Welcome! I must disagree with Star and Tina- I had a wonderful friend- he was my knight in shining armor. Almost 6 months ago, we finally took it to the next level, and are deeply in love. I'll just say- use caution. ------------------ Thinking is just what a great many people think they are doing when they are merely rearranging their predjudices. |

Welcome to Passions. I do not know your age but you have time. A good strong friendship can eventually lead to more. Just don't rush anything. Let her know how you feel and that you will always be there for her. I think she knows that already but just keep doing what you are doing. You can not force love and you don't want to loose what you already have. You have a life time ahead of you, just have patience. |

I can understand the position your in...I've been best friends with a guy since we were about 7. He's my best friend, and we always run to each other with our problems instead of our b-friend or g-friend. I would't trade his friendship for anything in the world. Besides, the love you recieve from a friend, is in my opinion, one of the best loves there is. I liked your poem...... |

i told my best friend i loved her, she was goin out with this kid for a year and a half, she did not want the same things, i believe we have put it past us and now we are closer than ever sometimes deep deep friendship is mistaken for love. i like your poem, just know what you want before you decide to wear your heart on your sleeve. |
