This is a poem that a friend
and I wrote together. If
anyone read a poem I posted
titled "Melancholy", my
friend wrote that, and he's
the one who wrote this with
me.

CREEP

Nights shadows are cast
down upon you,
And no one seems to care.
No one seems to miss you.

The sun has now set
on your soul.
You're no longer the person
you used to be.

Your time for happiness
has passed you.
Dreadfulness is now
all you have left.

Insanity is all that
your mind knows.
But there's no walls
to hold you back.

You've stalked your prey,
now escape with it.
Steal all of its dreams,
aspirations, and hopes.

Leave it with harsh memories
of young innocent lies.
Take every bit of pureness
it has left, and run.

Get away fast, and leave
no evidence of your existence
Let no clue be discovered
in the search for your guilt.

Hide from all emotions,
don't let them take you over.
Don't let them weaken you,
for your pride would be lost.

Your need for strength
is more than desired.
It's the only way you will
be able to make it through.

There's too much guilt
involved,
and too many consequences.
No one will show pity,
for you will be the creep.
