How do I explain to you my heart got tired of waiting? I was alone for to long hoping and anticipating. 4 years have passed since that time. You stayed and had children with her. Waiting for you to make a choice was more then I could endure. You never know what you have until its not yours anymore. You can’t expect to come back its just not the same as before. I moved on. Do you hear me? I’m married to someone I love. He had issues in life too, but took me and placed me above. I shake my head and laugh, leave him for you? You’re out of your mind! May have taken a while, but cut my losses, left you behind. Sweetheart I don’t want to hurt you, or do what you did to me. Don’t keep hope in your heart, I can only be a memory. |
