This is my poem to you
You turn my dark skies into blue
When I first met you I knew it was a clue...
that you were the woman, this I knew.
I donít know how to tell you how much I care
but, for you I would do it all, even shave my hair.
Some days I wake up and all I can think is I wish I was there
instead of here away from you and I almost shed a tear.
I just wish that you were two years older.
For this I think that I could move a boulder.
But, no matter the age I will always lend you a shoulder,
even when the sunlight sheds and the night air gets colder.
Even though this poem I write is not long,
the love I feel for you is still just as strong.
I will always be here for you and never do you wrong.
I hope that this gives you pleasure and a laugh.
I still love you from your head to your calf.
I really think you are my better half.
I am that heat when you are cold.
I am the strength when you arenít that bold.
I am the grip when you think you canít hold...
on to anything other than your tabloid.
But for now I have to finish this poem and leave.
Just want you to know I feel like a majesty.
I love you and I hope you feel the same for me.
I love you.
I adore you.
I cherish you.
