Thunder & Lightning - going on in my head... As I'm thinking - in my own little world... Sunshine & blue skies - sometimes there's rain - Sunshine & Laughter - teardrops & pain... There's thunder & lightning, going on in my head... As my world goes slowly around - Sometimes I wonder - wish I were younger... And sometimes I just wish I were dead. There's thunder & lightning, going on in my head... As my anger burns in despair - Hell-fire & brimstone - Burning down in my heart... Throwing stones - cause nobody cares... Thunder & Lightning - and cool waters they flow - Passing peacefully through my mind... Rivers - Grand Canyons...Continental Divides - As the wars wage on through my time... Thunder & Lightning - cool waters and Rain As my world goes slowly around... Sometimes I wonder - sometimes there's laughter Sometimes there's sunshine - sometimes there's pain. But through it all - my footprints must go - My heart keeps a beating - - - it seems... The earth keeps a turning - Emotions keep a churning. So the war is within us... So we have to defend us - From our ownselves... It would seem..... ------------------ A man's heart often cannot see the light - because of the darkness of it's own motives.... - James David |

Dad, it's funny...when I posted this the other night for you, I didn't realize just how much it would ring true today....I sit here crying again, because as usual, I hurt the ones I love most when I let my emotions get in the way....which is why I must go get my head clear, like NOW! hehe This is me exactly today, dad....thank you for showing me I'm not the only one who has battles within...I have been having WWIII now for quite some time, I am so tired of myself....and am so tired of hurting others and myself.....please pray for me dad....I certainly need it right now....I love you. Femme....Of course you know I posted that just to get you to admit to everyone how much you have going for yourself!!! An obviously intelligent father, your humor, intelligence and education, having an unbelievably great guy like me tell ya all this BS, yassee? Top of your class hunh? Yea, me too. No wait, it wasn't "Top" of my class....I had to "sit" in front of the class all the time....next to the teacher's desk when I wasn't at the principal's office or skipping class...oh well, at least I was on top of things most of the time....take care sweets..have a great vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(by the way there scholar/honor grad.....ya misspelled information!!!)
