The pull of rushing current
The call of flowing streams
Silver flashes being channelled
Summoned by immortal dreams
In stealth slip silently into flow
Rest, they know the falls must be run

Remaining hours call us to run
Un-restrained we surge 'til done, current
Taps our energy yet does not stop it's flow
We gladly show our force which we radiate in streams
With a singleness of purpose found in immortal dreams
Focused by an un-known power we are channelled

As light filtered by waters depth we are channeled
Slip from pool to pool in a slack water run
To rest but for an instant schooled in immortal dreams
All importance is given the current
Lest we fail to advance as time streams
Un-impeded in it's constant flow

Tidal fluctuations lunar ebb and flow
Immence forces now are channelled
As we course our destined streams
A multitude of flashes signalling our run
Ever determined to best the current
And achieve immortal dreams

Hunger non-existant replaced by immortal dreams
Our origins now distant from beyond beginning flow
And always there is current
All that we shall know channelled
To completion of our destiny we run
Masters of our fate commanding the streams

To renew our purpose nurturing streams
Abundant resource of immortal dreams
As ordained we are done of the run
All energy is expended in battling the flow
The total sum of all our energies channelled
Time and purpose merged in the current

The beginnings of immortal dreams once again flow
In spinning swirls of silver riding on the current
To return once more to where they are channelled

A sestina is tooooooo much work not to take at least a couple of runs around this forum... Nice job, Moose...

I take my hat off to anyone that attempts, let alone masters one of these. I know how hard they are
