In wanting a longing glance
to feel it's only you that's he or she can see
to know the best was made of every single chance
to feel that wobble right behind your knees

To receive letters penned with ink of love
to know they'll be whispered in your ears
to know that trust is felt deep inside your heart
to know you'll share secrets without any fears

To hear the words "I love you"
when there's no one else around
to see it from deep within their eyes
and yet your ears hear no sound

To walk into your home and smell flowers
on nothing more than an ordinary day
just to say you're thought and cared for
in someone's very special way

To know that you'd share meals by candle-light
with hands that lovingly prepared
to know your worries are being thought of
to see eyes light up just because you're there

To know you think of each other as truly special friends
with a link that goes from heart to heart
to know you have each other and on that you can depend
To know, is what made you friends right from the very start....

Absolutely beautiful... Yes, one more :P lol As I grow up, I find it harder and harder to be without what you write of... I remember what it was like to have that, and I long so much to find it again

But the search is long and tiresome it seems
