As the wolves sing in the night Underneath the bright moon light Their melody sets the stride As Witches take their brooms and ride Over mountains and billowed streams As Children dream of scary things Into the night you'll hear their screams 'Tis yet the Eve, of Halloween Excitement fills their every move As Witches make their covens brew And chant their spells till daylight dawns All Hallows Eve has then begun Make way for goblins at your door And sounds you've never heard before Of moans and groans and rattled chains As the dead rise up and walk again And Power comes to those that rein That can drive a normal man insane Sending lovers in the arms of lust To those in whom, they'd never trust And children fill the city streets In costumes seeking candy treats They mock the ghost and goblins too As they bring tricks to play on you As night fall's on the world at rest And the Witches did their very best And Goblins made their awful sounds The dead took legs and walked around As candy wrappers cover ground Rejoice in what you think you know!
