I don't know what to do

So much trapped in my heart,
Unable to get out;
I'm so afraid to say things;
I have so many doubts.

The few times I do try
To get things off my chest,
The most I get is laughed at,
And embarressed by the rest.

Who is there to talk to?
Who will understand?
So far I've found not many
Willing to lend a hand.

So much pain inside me,
It's tearing me apart.
So much I want to say,
How do I ever start?

I haven't figured out
Where I should begin.
But should I take a chance
Of letting it out again?

The risk is really great;
That I already knew.
But I don't know if I can...
I don't know what to do.

This is beautifully written, sometimes we have no choice to go on, no matter how hard it may seem at first

Yes, you should take the chance of letting it out again, and I hope that you do. Remember I will be on tomorrow (Friday) around the same time to continue our talk ok?? Hopefully you are sleeping now like you wanted! As for the poem, I know exactly what you mean and feel the same way ALL THE TIME myself, but remember like I said, I am always willing to listen and will not 'laugh' as you said most do. Who knows, we might have gone through/be going through similar stuff. Anyways hun, I need to go try and sleep before I have to go to work in the morning I will talk to you later! *huggles*
