a plea
for better time
last silence
we have coming
all things go must stop
all that floats
has got to drop
as slowly
as you think
we all drive
ourselves to the brink
waiting to become someones lunch
you either eat the sour world
or it eats you
one solemn bite at a time
burn you down to size
your waving goodbye
another tragedy
fools strategy
gone amiss
deep down
you can feel
heavens mist..
marking hope upon
your lips...

last couple of lines are real powerful

------------------
"Glory remains unaware of my neglected dwelling where alone
I sing my tearful song which has charms only for me."
