Caught in your irrevocable
Hasp of soul-beating wings, I
Relish your sensitivities, and
Intriguing reach of depthless deeps.
Such peace-wrenched bliss, I'm ever
Torn that you, my soul, my
Only, live beyond a cruel cold sea;
Painting your life's art, your love I
Hear exquisite, yet yearn for touch.
Ever safe, you reside in me
Resting wild, Dove of my life, flight-free.

Amazing. K- words fail me often while my thoughts wish to speak of what's inside. You leave me breathless, wordless, and ever on my toes. The breadth of your talent and caring ever leaves me at a loss, and feeling inadequate. I only hope I can match your hopes love.

Ruth - thankyou! That's my only wish right now!
PDV - thanks! - it was my first acrostic, and since I have such great inspiration it wasn't that hard!

This was great! I didn't even notice that it was an acrostic, because it didn't seem forced at all, as acrostics sometimes can. Very well done, Severn ... and a sweet tribute to boot.
