Dappled grey my lover's eye winks
And eye to eye a fragile memory is born
Amidst the wreckage of prior romance shorn
Dancing to the tune of silvered droplet plinks.

Dusty rose my lover's lips purse
And lip to lip a growing memory stands
Takes heated iron in hand and my heart brands;
The pain of ectasy does bless and curse.

Driven snow my lover's skin yields
And skin to skin a virile memory alive
Brings us closer; waxing passions derive;
Memory a monolith to us and love builds.

Eyes and lips and skin does she possess
But never with these will she me bless.

I like this, dear, has an old world feel to it. Like the rhyming sequence you used.

Is it wrong to say "Awesome"? Welp, too late, my dear. The deed is done. Now, I do have a silly question...Is this form a "sonnet" perhaps? (Still learning hehehe)
