(I have to add something here. This was posted in my name, but I didn't write, nor post it. I awoke from sleeping today and found this here. It was written by my 15 year old son...Gosh, I am sitting here in tears and speachless.)

No love from my father he was never there
he could walk away and i wouldn't cry
cuz my anger won't let me feel for a stranger.
i might be heartless but all along
i was looking for a father, he was gone.
mamma you are the queen
i finaly understand for a woman it isn't easy to raise a man
you always was commited just to making my life as it is.
Can't express into words how i feel so i try to express it into love.
mother there is no way i could pay you back for all the love you have given me,
but my plan is to show you i do understand.
you are appreciated for all the love you have given me for all the time and effort mama with out you i would be nothing
no money in the world no diamond or pearl could ever replace you.
when i am low your always there for me you never leave me alone cuz you care for me.
i can see you getting up after work late
your in the kitchen making my a hot plate.
now the road is getting tough your on your own
trying to raise a bad kid on your own
trying to find someone to help you along dear mama i can never pay you back
but i wanna show you i understand.

mom i love you!!!!!!!!!

thanx for the insperation 2 pac!!!!!
AND MOSTLY MY MOM RUTH GRATTAN!!!!!!!!

Hey Guys...can't take credit for this....my 15 year old son posted this while I was sleeping tonight. I'm setting here reading it for the first time or at least trying to, seems my eyes are a bit blurry right now for some reason...could be the tears in them.

Damn this was a surprise to find here, as I'm sure it was for you.

I know you are proud of your son and this is just another reason why.

Ruth, your son is great! what a sweetheart for writing this for you. I only hope that someday, my sons will think as highly of me.

Hi Ruth,
I just now had a chance to check out the site and read this.
I hope this brightened up your day from the last few. I'm sure it will brighten the next few, too. I think I can guess where your son gets his heart from. Take care now.

What a sneaky little way to get across his words. I know my throat used to choke up when I tried to verbally explain my love to my mother and father...and now they are gone. You go and hug that kid right now...from ALL of us mothers [and fathers] out here!

And
"trying to raise a bad kid on your own"
appears as if he thinks he is a bad kid, but has his way of getting your attention. Tell him if this is as bad as he is, then he will be "OK!"

Pepper....thank you

Sunshine...we had a discussion about that already, he says he isn't sure why he choose those words there, I told him I felt very fortunate with him as a son and never consider him bad...and he got lots of hugs for this one...laughs, not that any 15 year old boy enjoys that

Justbleu....I had nothing to do with sharing this, it was posted without my knowledge, but what a nice surprise!! And thanks

What a gift of Love, you must be a special Mom for your Son to feel so much Love that he posts it at a place he knows you and everyone else will see. Precious comes to mind when I think of this being a 15 year old. God bless you for raising a sparkling child willing to exhibit warm fuzzies in a public forum.
