You're there in the morning,
At night when I sleep.
You laugh to make me happy,
You hold me when I weep.

You give me great advice,
Just listen when I need to be heard.
I thank you everyday,
A great deal from you I've learned.

You're not my mother,
I've never seen your face.
Nothing like my brother,
But I believe in you anyway.

My definition of a hero is you,
You're the person I look up to.
Your path I want to follow,
Your shoes I want to wear.

Who you are I don't know,
It's best to keep it a mystery.
Someday I'll find out though,
That day....you'll no longer be my hero.

I like this verse, written for all the people who find friendship and support here on the internet. My final comment can only be, "Then we will never meet."
