Oh-you do?!

I hate it when I say I love you,
And then you ask.. oh-you do?
Trust me I wouldn't say it if it wasn't true.
I feel so much and you don't have a clue,
But trust me when I say I love you.

I may not be ably to express how I feel,
But I know when my feelings are real,
To you those 3 little words may not be a big deal,
But trust me-thats how I feel.

I hate it when we fight,
I seem to lose grasp on everything in sight,
I try to forgive and forget with all my might,
You and I--who knows whose right??
But G.O.D. does it hurt when we fight.

I sometimes might over react,
It's hard to know the difference between fiction and fact,
Saying I love you to me is making a pact,
Saying I love you is not some f@*king act.

Oh-you do?
Yes those words of mine are true,
I do love you.

An interesting choice of frustration. One that infects all to many marriages these days. Thank you for posting this. I get a sence of being ignored and having to cause a fight just to foster some kind of response. I really liked the line: I feel so much and you don't have a clue... I have surely met a great deal of clueless people in my time. Rave on....
