Low slung
Modern marvels
Of stone and glass
Sitting on the street
Looking for people to eat
Like architect indians
Scouting the vast uncharted
Frontiers of lunch
Plastic beanery burger mills
Out to kill the appetites
Either by taste or sight
It's like going out to eat
At a hawaiian shirt.

Howdy folks....I'm back....weigh 12 ounces less...(tumor size)....feel like I fought Mike Tyson last night...(bitten ear and all), and damn sure lost! Have some problems with spinal fluid leaking etc., thanks for all the prayers and well wishes gang....yall are great! Be back soon I hope....

TOERAG - IT'S YOU - YOU'RE BACK!!!

How wonderful..... I hereby formally welcome you back!!!!!!
...and with a superb poem as well...
but weren't they gonna fix something in that brain??? You haven't changed at all - still the same sense of humorl.. Maybe we should tell them???? They must have missed something - I'm sure of it...
Welcome back, my friend......

Uh... er... umm... Nan? If you believe he'll behave, I have some swampland you might like to buy? *G* It comes complete with snakes, gators, and mosquitoes enough to put Dracula out of business? *G*

Boy, I know exactly what you mean! It really gives me indigestion, too. Fast food restaurants? What fast food restaurants? Oh, um, I was talking about you coming back. Oh, well...

( believe that one and I got a pink flamingo for sale, only used by an elderly Cuban lady on Sundays. Welcome back, ya big lug (nut)!!!

Welcome back, Toerag. Your sense of humor and unique perspectives have been missed. LOL ... I shall never look at my neighborhood McDonalds the same way again.

Welcome back. Enough of this self indulgence,
start writing ... I've only been a member 2 weeks and I have already consumed everything you've posted. Thanks for the prose .... prayers for a speedy recovery continue.

Toerag, it's good to have ya back-even though I never knew you were gone (was away myself). I am so glad you are feeling better-best of luck to ya. Netpoets would be very different without you!

Love,
