The rain drew circles in the puddles
And lines across the window glass
The footprints from two pairs of sandals
Ran through the shiny, glossy grass
Two fates have met under this shower
Two lovers chasing one another
Perhaps a sister and a brother
Or maybe strangers seeking cover
Perhaps two friends were simple lost
It doesn’t matter which it was
By destiny their paths have crossed,
Ran side-by-side and gotten close
Under the morning shower
To love and cherish one another
Just like a sister and a brother
As though two strangers seeking cover
As if two friends whose paths have crossed
To keep eternally one course
To share one beating of a heart
Preserving love a form of art

WOW!!!I can not believe no one has replied to this posting yet so I am going to bump it back to the top. You did an excellent job in creating this piece. The rythym and rhyme were supurb, the imagery very well done. I really like the flow of this piece and the message behind it.

Master,
Look it over again,
It's 99 percent.
It could be a Master piece.
