Oh how I long to break through these doors
and take my place at your side

But I have no charm and I smell of yeast,
so in your closet I hide

I watch you, and want you but cannot step out
I see you when no one else can

In dreams we both dance, a floating romance
then drive home in a green panel van

But this is no dream as I sit and watch
hidden behind saving doors

Installing your cable as you have requested
watching you pull on your drawers

That'll be $33.50
