It's so damn safe in your little cocoon you make your rules and demand they be followed I won't follow I'll hide my core and smile my smile if ever I should chance to look that deeply into your sightless eyes I can't believe your rationale can't fathom your faithful ideas Can't fathom myself (what was I thinking?) I don't think you know yourself if ever you did you'd have no ignorance to hide behind you're too damn safe inside your chrysaliss too damn quiet too forgiven |
