When the cold winter's breath blows softly through your hair,
and the clouds blanket the sky with an everlasting darkness,
May my memory live and weigh heavy on your brain.
For 'tis time of rememberance and goal manifestation.

Please long for the passionate, hot summer mornings we spent,
and the cool afternoons as we relaxed in pure bliss.
Wish for the softness and the touch of my skin;
the sweet kisses we shared and tasted so freely.
Strive for the moment that I'll rush into your arms...
Only to be lifted so high,
and then laid down in your room.
Dream of my voice and my innocent laughter.
Hold on to my heart while I am so far away.

And then, when the sun shines again,
and the cold winter's breath becomes the spring-time's whisper,
do not forget that we will, in time, physically join.
Remember every detailed moment of the Love, the Ignited Flame,
and cherish this memory with every piece of your soul.
Remember, it was I whom you fell in love with.
It was Me that you kissed.
And each night, it was your dreams that led you to me,
Just as my dreams led me to you.
I loved you many a time before our eyes ever met.
Therefore, we are the creation of fate, I believe.
Meant to be...

And if you dream of me tonight, I will make your sweetest wishes become facinatingly true.

Though now I'm so far away, please keep my memory alive.
Every morning when you wake, every evening when slumber slowly seeks your eyes,
Remember me.
And as you enter Dreams and walk amongst the clouds, around the corner, you shall find me.
And I shall please your every dream.
Someday, this magical creation will give me wings to fly across the ocean and settle permanently in your arms.

I think we all wish to be remembered this way. Very, very lovely.

Very evocative. Very sensuous without being overly sentimental. You've done yourself proud one voice.

I think it time to reconsider my stance on free verse, quite a gift that you not only have but have also given.

Holy Moly! I am amazed at the response to this! This is actually a letter I sent to a lost love, long ago... *sigh* Thank you all so much for your praise!
