love is a powerful thing,
wild and uncontrollable,
too complicated to understand,
too strong to resist,
it can make someone,
or break someone,
when life and love combine,
opposites do attract,
and we are caught in the middle,
of a war full of the casualties,
of lost love and unfilled dreams,
still though i hope,
that love touches me,
so i can see it once before,
my lights dim and i fade away,
there is still a ray of light in my soul,
that keeps me from that dark black hole,
that consumes a man,
keeps him from becoming whole

It is true how we feel incomplete at times when we don't have someone to share life with....I hope you find that person soon....very beautiful piece, just couldn't let it slip away without any replies!
