All good things rot down here,
where pity flows,
below the noise of childish toys,
token reminders of distant wars,
still i feel the silent tears,
but you know if you drink enough,
its all comes undone,
memories start to run unscathed,
hope springs eternal,
what a joke,
another noose,
lets hang around,
whats time in a dead town
