Broken soul
I feel so old
so tired
so scared
so alone...

Broken soul
on the mend
learning it's me
on who to depend

Not man
not dream
things are
never as they seem

Broken soul
soon at peace
knowing it's with
my own love
that I will reap....

Well I hope this isn't entirely autobiographic, in any case, I like the rhythm, but I prefer showing rather than telling... but hey, what do I know?
