Mom, for Mother's Day,
I promise to obey
Whatever you say.
Unless of course
You try to force
That liver my way.

I'll pick up a broom
And clean up my room.
Or maybe a rake
Is what it'll take.

I'll mow the front yard
And even do the dishes.
As long as its not to hard
I'll follow your wishes.

Just remember, on this your day,
That soon it's back to the old way.
After the candy and flowers and work
I'll do free,
You'll get back the whining, complaining,
Lovable me.

This is cute Walt! It reminds me of my kids... lol although even on Mother's Day, at their age, they still whine and complain!
