I am happy,
Happy to hear a voice,
A voice I heard not long ago.
But I am happy, nonetheless,
To hear it again.

I am happy,
Happy to see a face,
A face I saw not long ago.
But I am happy, nonetheless,
To see it again.

I am sad,
Sad because that face,
That voice,
Are so far from me,
So very far.

I yearn to hear that voice,
To see that face
Again.
Just once more
Until never enough
Is still not complete.
Just once more...
