To breathe,
To find release from all things both good and bad.
Breathe deep the sweetness of clarity,
The aroma of what it means,
To truly know the person
Behind the face looking back
From your reflection.
The scent of blissful calm deep within those eyes.
The peace of spirit, mind and soul.
After which serenity of this outer shell comes,
Just comes.
Breathe deep.
