I don't know how good this is, and many of you may not appreciate it. It is a poem written for my best friend with whom I have fallen, and will always be in love with. The sky is Dark...Thundering Blasphemy down.... The earth shakes, all around. The winds blow.... The rains fall.... The hour is near.... And you are here..... I roll over returning from the dark, cold place I have visited in my dreams..... I shake... I'm not sure.... Is it love...... Or something more.... Your arms wrap around me....... face to face... chest to chest... And then there is your breath. It hits me on my face, in my mouth.... I smile.. It's your morning breath.... and I know... If this doesn't cause me death.... Then it must be more than love... So I kiss your sweet lips... and savor your sweet tongue... I know if any man is meant to love another then it is my love that is meant for you.... I hold you and then I am there again.... The thunder crashes down.... And I smile..... Because you are there.. |

what makes you fear your poem may not be appreciated?...we have a diverse group here...Welcome to the forum bamadude  ------------------ one night at the airport...Childhood Memories...your countenance...eight short weeks...My One and Only...Music to my Ears...hoarse whispers...just watching tv...Feel the need?...serving wench...Tribute to M.J....take a guess...sink or swim ...stolen hours...the mistress...Perfection...a little girl...Mr. Jones...life is like...insomnia...devotion...07-20-69...craving...
