Come my Love Let us rest Just lay your head Upon my chest Let the daylight fade As we await the night For the Devil shall be paid Ah so is our plight Let me hold you close While the sun is high Don’t be verbose Yes I can feel that sigh Surrounded by all familiar My arms holding you too me Crimson Satin silk and shimmer Closing out all that you see I will protect you through the day Rest your weary head My Love Please just one more hour stay Each minute with you is a gift from above The night shall come much too quick And you shall leave to tend the sick I know how much you do and worse I know you love being a night nurse ------------------ Open your heart to the Darkness,set your soul free. |
