Boot+Kitty=Poetry in motion
I read your poem and thought awhile,
Of those days of Petula Clark.
And as I did, I began to smile
(Tho the smile was twisted, dark).
You see I've always loved that song,
It lifted my spirits high.
But your poem, somehow, seemed all wrong,
Do you wear your skirts midthigh?
And if you dance in a Go Go cage,
While you compose the lines you write,
I wonder if you shave your legs,
And wear your sweaters tight.
The forum needn't know what goes on,
I respect your choice of dress.

The National Enquirer will do the rest.
'Deer - that was one heckuva challenge you met - I enjoyed every line as it took me down memory lane.
