im trying so hard to be patient,
with what youve given me,
an answer, and a promise,
but its not what i need.

i need the love to whisper to me,
through sweet tempered eyes,
and tell me everythings okay,
and i dont have to comprimise.

i want to know you need me,
above anything else,
that you can see forever in me,
and cherish the things weve felt.

i have to trust you truly,
with everything i am,
and know inside my heart,
you wont hurt me again.

I understand your desire....but never being hurt again is not a realistic goal. Nicely written.

sometimes its not healthy to only believe and set realistic goals, becuase then you forget how to dream. thank you for your comments.
