Three bad choices, think of another?

I just wrote this in a matter of seconds, so it's not that good; but it's exactly how I feel at the moment.

To live a life,
without any love
is what I have to do.
I cannot end
with your own terms
and miss my child too.

I love a man,
he's my best friend,
he knows the pain I'm in.
But he knows, if we ever tried,
I'd loose my life with him.

Another man is drawn to me,
I'm drawn right back to him.
Could I actually have an affair?
Or would he even try?

The choices they make,
are reflections on them,
what kind of men they are,
and so, again,
I will always be,
locked right in this cell.

Ouch! Sounds tough. And don't worry about it not being good-some great poems have some out in a matter of seconds! I could feel emotional reading this...
