it's the days end,and my eyes are tired
with sleep.
around the house i hear nothing not even
a peep.
i lay in bed,a million thoughts going
through my head.
thoughts of days gone by.
thoughts of people i knew, and loved.
people that left me for the heavens above.
i lay,and wonder what tomorrow will bring.
that far ahead i do not want to leap.
for now it is time to get some sleep.

p.s. good night my friends.
