I could wish upon a star for your endless love,
I could pray to the heavens for the one I'm dreaming of.

I would even walk a thousand miles,
looking to win your heart.
But if I even came too close,
I'd run back to the start.

You've got the dreamiest eyes,
deep blue like the sea.
They'd be even dreamier if they were looking at me.

I can try to tell myself there are other fish in the sea.
