I am missing out on seeing you in the morning
I am missing out on holding your hand,
I am missing out on your touch,
hearing your voice,
seeing your smile.
I long for you,
but I know,
I can never have you.
Remind me again
Why it's worth it?

That's good, the first part with exception to the last 3 lines, sounds like it belongs in a greeting card. Maybe you should try to submit that. Good Job!

Now THAT is poignant! There is real meat in the way you brought that last line in. (geesh, Long John, you'd better hope lil Tulip isn't a vegetarian!)

Wow...I know exactly what you are saying with this one.

Hoot_owl_rn,
It stinks, doesn't it? Why does life have to be so difficult, when it used to be so simple?

Tulip...If I knew the answer to that question, I would probably be writing books on the subject and selling them for a living and living in Beverly Hills....the person who figures love out is going to make a mint!
