Love Across The Miles

In the silence of the night is the sound of two hearts
Beating together, merging into one.
Love echos across the miles,
two heart sharing in the moment.
Entwined together in a love so deep
each can feel the others emotions running wildly within.
The night cannot last....although they dream of it never ending,
they long for it to remain timeless and silent.
Hoping that each tomorrow could be the one day,
their two heart meet and touch as one.
But yet, they know that when it happens,
the joy inside will burst forth.
And the love they have given in their silent times,
will be forever a memory.
For within they are receiving a gift of love.
Far more meaningful then the one they live with daily.
One they long to embrace and treasure.
Not just for the moment but for a lifetime.
