I do like to rhyme,
But it's a shame,
I only have time,
To sign my name.

Good work

"Glory remains unaware of my neglected dwelling where alone
I sing my tearful song which has charms only for me."

-Charles Brugnot

2 right elvira... u r correct 2 think it's a strange lingo... yet, though you, I and those here surely prize literacy, we are fighting a losing battle against the dark forces of e-mail and online chat that are debasing our language... where a few disjointed words pass for acceptable human communication. But never in my book, nor yours, I'll warrant... for proper words used with care evoke the panoply of existence and feeling. Let us all treasure them, nurture and protect them. Words are the voice of the soul...

I've never been to a chat
Don't know where there at
I wouldn't know what to say.
But I give it a go
On these pages of show
And amongst you poets I'll stay.

This ones for Balladeer:

One after another, your words open doors.
Poems showing paths we've yet to explore.
And in your hand you hold so many keys.
We ask only that you turn the next lock, please.
