I am calm, at peace with the blade
Will my funeral have pretty flowers?
For there’ll be no more this masquerade
The dogs have been out for hours

The woods were a nice place for dying
Suited her well she made no complaint
I told her no pain would suffer lying
She struggled little from her restraint

The silver glint of moonbeams in her eyes
Reflected the arching blades last descent
And in each time the blade would rise
We two lovers our passions spent

My wrists unsheathed from flowing sleeves
Blood dripping from my sweating brow
Would no one knew me well believe?
There was a killer in me now

The blade is quiet courage lost
I scream so the dogs would not miss
Tonight the toll I won’t pay the cost
Of a woman who wanted this

-you never bring me flowers anymore
Neil Diamond with Barbra Streisand
Neil I always knew was a murderer a murderer

Walt! This rocks! That's all I can say! Every day I see you get better and better! However, I am wondering what's up with this Neil Diamond being a murderer thing! lol...

I can certainly see a progression in your talent with this one.......nicely done even though the subject is very dark!
