Slowly, the sky gets brighter As a new day awakens A day of new beginnings and endings Some happy, some sad. With each new dawn comes a renewed sense of being The colours so bright against the harsh reality of the human hand The destruction mankind has built shields us from enjoying the true beauty of Mother Nature As slowly, the city awakens. The beauty and the mystery of each days dawn is sadly overlooked Taken sorely for granted however no one really knows which sunrise will be their last When the beauty and the power of Mother Nature will be taken from you. So do remember to partake in the beauty and the awe of a beginning of each new day And wait in quiet anticipation of the first glimpse of the flaming sun. Enjoy the quiet, the serenity and the importance each new day holds Take the time to sit back and reflect on your own personal sunrises - new beginnings. You turn away for just a moment - To look inside yourself Suddenly you realize Another day has begun.... |
