What have you learned?

I once was a student but now I'm a teacher, about what, I don't know but I got a story to tell of two friends who met in the dark of night and seperated from each other, one feeling lonely and one ready to fight. These people met due to faith and circumstance or made it was really by chance or maybe it was god's will, we'll never know. Both were good but behaved like hoes, selling themselves short to people who didn't care or maybe it was just for the thrill of the dare or maybe it was some unseen force that made these friends make the choice to open up and give what they had to one another or maybe it was the unspoken lies that made these friends part and cause the friendship's demise. We'll never know what made them part or how they feel now, all we can do is hope and pray that they see the light. Where do you go to say goodbye, when the tears can't stop dropping from your eyes, do you confess to all the times you prayed the feelings could stay or do you think it's best to walk away. Answer that and you become a god! Learn from these two friends, learn to care more for what's above. They will think about each other when they are old and gray and night passes quickly to day, they will learn what I have to teach, which is nothing. I can't teach you anything you don't already know, that love doesn't die, it just grows.
