You are so close, yet so far away.
You are forever with me, but always gone.
I see you in my dreams, yet not when I awake.
You are here when you need me,
gone when you don't.
I think of you always. Where you are,
what you're doing, if your thinking of me.
You make me so happy, just speaking to you.
But that's not often. I never see you.
But as they say,
Absence makes the heart grow fonder.

Loves reality is that love blinds you from whats really happening. No absence does not make the heart grow fonder in all circumstances, but that's what this person believes in order to feel better.
