I never pondered why she was the way she was.
I always figured she was the ideal of perfection.
Yet, what little perfection did she create?
None to my vast knowledge.
Knowledge of nothing wrapped in the essence of her everything.

Beauty lay upon her skin as she smiled hatefully at herself, my father, and silently I heard all three of our names.

The voice of reason was constantly penetrating us with security.
Security from what I will never know.
Her distress was worn with generosity towards others.
Where we contended with her resentment.

Her lovely glow created an envious streak in me.
I wanted to be her and soley hers.
No other inner thought created such havic within her beauty.

Her scent minipulated my thoughts.
They reverted back into my childhood.
The alixer was intoxicating to my intimate self.
The self that led me into my destruction of self worth.

But, she didn't care because she had left all three of us her smile.

How shallow this person was. I hope, and can see, that you are far deeper than she.

Words to the mother who never made the grade are hard words to uncover
I applaud you for the unveiling , and thank you for sharing

My mother, maker
I learn from all you do
I promise God, with all I am
Not be like you
words from Maker:

Break the chain..

If with pen in hand I've made you think
I've not wasted one drop of ink
