Dreams soar through our hearts carelessly,
Sending inconsistent desires to our souls.
Impending sorrows will follow,
For dreams and reality rarely coencide.

Our lives follow sparadic paths.
There are hills that take us up and down,
And detours which lure us off course.
But those who are lucky find a companion whose path meets at the same moment.
And they are destined to walk together to the end of their ways.

But the ultimate gift is for a careless drifting dream to break through the doors of reality,
Just as a wonderful person walks onto your path.
This becomes a miracle - once in a million years,
Only persons of a simple mind would look past and walk on by.

I have found such a miracle - my dreams became reality when you walked into my life!

Very powerfully put. Your heart is totally felt in this one. It is also a very well written poem that doesn't contain a rhyme scheme. You've done good. *winK*
