One Of A Kind
No matter where it is you seek
Across this great world you may creep
You will look but never find
For who and what you look for is,
one of a kind

Not made of your imagination, but with her you found salvation
Not created form a dream, yet like the best you've ever seen

The sound of her voice you long to hear, but you shall never find
It is only left in memories you hold with in your mind
The laugh that makes you weak in the knees, her smile that leaves you blind
For who and what you look for is,
one of a kind

Many you may look at, as many look away
Hope, you may hold too, but the hope will fade to gray
Out seeking, and knowing, that your mind is on her now
Forever inside you growing , forever inside she'll stay

As age comes to you slowly, the years will slip away
As you spend your time in search of, the one that did not stay
For who and what you look for is,
one of a kind

In troubled times she gave you strength, to look with in yourself
To find the man who kept his soul in a jar upon the shelf
The jar lid she did open, to release your soul to peace
With out her imagination, your soul would
not be free
Before her your soul was doomed, to sit upon the shelf
Collecting dust until the rapture claimed it for its self

So as miles come to gather, underneath your feet
Who and what you look for is not so far behind
As long as you remember she is,
one of a kind

Not found in any fairy tails or marching in the band
Not ever what you think of as your looking close at hand
Though you try to seek her, in a far off wonderland
Distance is not written in the pages that you keep
Only in the minds eye that cry's to you in sleep

So look and love will guide you, in your far off beaten path
As then the love that set you free, will return to you at last
As always you remember and not leave the thought behind, the one that your in search of is,
One of a kind.
