Demons
Living like me so dangerous, so much like me
Not wanting to be, so much like me
Eyes blind to light, mood dark as night our minds do mangle the fears of right
Spears fly fast and hit heart at last, pains so far down beyond any sound
Yet mind and heart are in stereo, echo of battles of wars not to be won
Always an answer
Help me up,
Cut to the bone
Get me out,
Not wanting to be alone
Never finding peace or comforts warmth on your own
A jail in a vessel with no room to roam, and times passing quickly with nothing to show
So much like me you will know where to find me, know where to go
To feel life's passion for the long road we hoe, and feel life's pleasures
In the seeds that we sow
Upon this encounter, then, you shall see
Your life is your life, yet your still part of me
Don't name them, or blame them
Calling them sin
Let all of them out
And peace will begin
