alrighty...let me try this again-

I want to set up a NEW web page that focuses on the works of other poets- it will be connected to mine only by a link. This new page will be dedicated entirely to showing the works of others- I was hoping response would be big enough that it would pretty much make itself- alas, I've had 3 poems sent to me (and thank you, you guys). I'm not going to just pick poems off of the forum- I think the writer should have some say, and if possible have a little "blurb" or "bio" about them after the poems as well.

Am I crazy? Am I whacked? Certifiably.
I'll keep the offer open a few more days and if no one responds...well..c'est la vie.

Christina you may use mine as well just let me know please which ones you are going to use and notate a copyright on them. If this is a geocities page disregard b/c they take copyright rights to anything placed on their pages (at least that is what it says in announcements)

okay- first of all-yes, I understand this one is for poetry... I DID post something in the Announcement forum where it quietly sat and died. I figured not enough of us wandered over there to read it. My last request for poems I did apologize for posting an announcement but wanted to reach a bigger audience. Again- I apologize for bothering.

Second of all... I didn't want to pick the poems myself but have the author do it- I really wanted it to be an interactive type of thing- with poets offering insights and notes into how they write...etc.
I guess it's a pipe dream.

So I officially withdraw my offer. To those who have sent poems I thank you... I'm just afraid no one really seems interested at this point.
