I long for your smooth subtleties,
and your desire for intellect.
I long for your honor of femininity
and your respect for emotion.
I long to love your gentleness, your kindness, your tenderness, your enthralling excitement!
I could sweetly lose myself.
Might your timing be so perfectly appropriate?
Would you be tender when I need tenderness?
Would you be serious when I need seriousness?
Would you be intellectual when I muxt voice my opinion?
All of these qualities I long to find...
I long for them to combine, creating this amazing equilibrium, and the result would coincidently equal: everything I've ever wanted in a man...
I would feel so pretty.
I would feel so sexy.
I would feel so honored and cherished...
Oh, when will you find me?

This piece hits very close to home, it stirs up quite a hornet's nest. I thoroughly enjoy it.

When you do find him, let me be the first to crown him "luckiest man alive". Wonderfully written.

If you find a man like that, may I clone him so I can have one too (Balladeer - isn't this YOU?)

one voice,

This is a great poem and a great statement. You are certainly very talented and resourceful. If you find him and he has a sister...........

Thanks for the poem. It made me cry. I found the man of my dreams but God has taken him home. Thanks for bringing him back for a moment.
